Talent management firm Spectrum Talent Management has onboarded three new independent directors to its board of directors ahead of its initial public offering (IPO).
The new members are expected to bring significant industry experience and strategic insights to the company’s board. The IPO is expected to be a significant milestone for the firm, allowing it to raise capital and accelerate its growth strategy. The appointments are Anup Jaiswal, Suresh Mehra, and Anubha Agarwal, who will join the current board of directors to provide guidance and oversight to the management team as the company prepares for its IPO.

Jaiswal has held various positions in government authorities viz. Chairman Income Tax Settlement Commission, Principal Chief Commissioner Income Tax – Gujarat, Principal Chief Commissioner Income Tax – MP and Chhattisgarh, DDG Narcotic Control Bureau.
Mehra is an insurance professional with over 36 years of experience. He is/was the managing director of Health Insurance TPA of India before which he was with The Oriental Insurance Company.
Agarwal, a fellow company secretary and a lawyer serving the legal profession for more than 17 years, has advised various multinational companies on corporate, commercial and policy issues. In her current role, she is working as the legal counsel India for United Airlines.
