Sidharth Agarwal, Director of Spectrum Talent Management Limited, was felicitated by Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and General (Retd.) V.K. Singh, former Army Chief and Governor of Mizoram, for his exceptional contribution to human resource development and for creating employment opportunities for students from North East India.
The recognition took place during the 8th North-East Students’ Festival – NESt. Fest 2025, held on 3rd and 4th October 2025 at the Talkatora Indoor Stadium, New Delhi. Themed “From Culture to Climate: The Youth Mandate,” the two-day event celebrated the diversity, resilience, and talent of youth from the North Eastern region while addressing key issues like climate action, education, and employment.
The event brought together students, industry leaders, and policymakers to discuss initiatives aimed at fostering inclusivity and equal opportunity. Several dignitaries graced the occasion, including Sunil Deodhar, former BJP National Secretary and Founder of My Home India, An active member of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Mr. Deodhar has been instrumental in raising awareness about North East India across the country. His efforts have extended to numerous social, cultural, and educational initiatives aimed at supporting migrant students and promoting regional development. who has played a significant role in promoting the culture and development of North East India through various social and educational programs.

Mr. Agarwal holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business from Amity Business School. With a strong foundation in finance, forecasting, and operations management, he has been pivotal in expanding Spectrum Talent Management’s contract staffing operations while ensuring consistent profitability and operational excellence.
His ability to align business objectives with people-centric growth has helped the company strengthen its foothold in domestic and global markets. He currently oversees Contract Staffing, Finance, and Operations, driving efficiency and sustainable growth across the organization.
