Spectrum Talent Management® Recognized as No. 1 TPA by Telecom Sector Skill Council for FY 2024–25
Spectrum Talent Management® is proud to announce that it has been officially recognized as the No. 1 Third-Party Aggregator (TPA) by the Telecom Sector Skill Council (SSC) for the financial year 2024–25. This acknowledgment reinforces Spectrum’s consistent efforts in building talent pipelines, promoting apprenticeships, and supporting workforce development in one of India’s most critical sectors.
The certificate and formal acknowledgement were received by Mr. Nikhil Kumar, Associate Vice President – Apprenticeship, from Mr. Praveen Sirohi, CEO, Telecom Sector Skill Council, during a recent event that highlighted key contributors to the skill development ecosystem.
This recognition reflects Spectrum’s impactful work in deploying and managing apprenticeship programs under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) and National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS). The Telecom SSC, one of the key sector skill councils under the Skill India initiative, evaluated TPAs based on performance metrics, outreach, candidate mobilization, training effectiveness, and overall contribution to the apprenticeship ecosystem in telecom.
