At STM, we recently celebrated International Women’s Day 2023 with the theme “Embrace Equity”, focusing on creating a world where everyone has an equal opportunity to succeed. The event highlighted the inspiring achievements and contributions of women in HR and recruitment services businesses.

The celebration included various activities and discussions, including a panel discussion with women leaders in HR and recruitment, highlighting their experiences and insights on overcoming challenges and achieving success in their careers. They also shared their perspectives on the importance of embracing equity and diversity in the workplace.
