Spectrum Talent Management Partners with Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council (K-DISC) & Confederation of Indian Industry (CII)

Spectrum Talent Management is pleased to announce a new partnership with the Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council (K-DISC) & Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). This collaboration, formalized with the signing of an MOU, is designed to enhance job opportunities for students by equipping them with essential skills and knowledge for their future careers.

The signing ceremony was attended by Sidharth Agarwal, Whole-Time Director& CFO, and Sumit Sarabhai, Chief Business Officer (General Staffing), both of whom played key roles in the agreement.

Sumit Sarabhai stated, “This initiative will facilitate the provision of job placement services both within and outside India. It includes services under the Recruit, Train & Deploy (RTD) model, as well as the Non-RTD model, to ensure effective job aggregation and mobilization, imparting employability skills, and achieving successful candidate placements.”
