We are thrilled to announce that our wholly owned subsidiary, STM Global Limited, Abu Dhabi, has executed a Share Purchase Agreement on 13th March 2026 to acquire 100% stake in APT Companies, LLC — a staffing firm headquartered in Homewood, Alabama, USA.
