At Spectrum Talent Management®, we continue to build a workplace that values collaboration, responsibility, and meaningful engagement. As part of this commitment, we recently hosted a leadership development workshop titled “Creating Winning Teams” at our Noida corporate office.
Shruti Chhabra from Saina Human Capital Advisory Services facilitated the session. She worked closely with our senior leaders to drive conversations around leadership alignment, cross-functional teamwork, and personal accountability.
The workshop focused on three key pillars that define effective team leadership:
These topics were not just discussed—they were brought to life through engaging, action-driven exercises. As a result, leaders could connect ideas to everyday challenges.
The workshop featured interactive exercises like “One Team One Dream,” “Flying High,” and “Challenging Spirit.” These activities encouraged participants to open up, support each other, and think beyond departmental roles.
In addition, they fostered trust, empathy, and collaboration. Leaders worked through shared challenges, building deeper understanding within and across teams.
The final segment, “Ownership Wall,” brought the session to a meaningful close. Each participant committed to one specific behavioural shift that could impact their leadership style.
This exercise turned personal reflection into tangible next steps. Therefore, it not only reinforced the importance of individual ownership but also highlighted how small changes can shape team outcomes.
Speaking about the importance of such initiatives Nimisha Gupta, GM – Human Resources, shared her thoughts on the session’s relevance:
“As our teams expand across roles and geographies, we need more than just individual expertise. We need connection, clarity, and collective responsibility. Creating Winning Teams is not a one-time event—it’s a mindset. This session helped spark that mindset across our leadership group.”
This workshop is part of a broader learning agenda at Spectrum Talent Management®. It reflects our belief that strong teams are built intentionally—with communication, shared goals, and commitment to action.
As our workforce grows, so does the importance of building alignment. Creating Winning Teams is not just a workshop theme—it’s a long-term commitment we continue to act on, every day.
