Vidur Gupta and Sidharth Agarwal:    

Vidur and Sidharth are the founders of Spectrum Talent Management.  Both have demonstrated strong belief in innovation and implementation – making Spectrum a well recognized name in the staffing fraternity.  They are both MBA graduates and started their journey after meeting in college.  While Vidur is a specialist in Strategy and Business Development, Sidharth’s capability in implementation & error free operations makes them a very strong team.

Atanu Banerjee
Atanu is Masters in Biotech and did his Marketing diploma from XLRI; he heads flexi staffing business and is responsible for the P/L for the team. He is responsible for end to end   business practice from customer acquisition, resource management to payroll & compliance delivery. His skills with quick decision making and exceptional value propositions have made him grow in a quick span of time.

Shweta Sharma
Shweta is a Management post graduate with over a decade of experience into recruitment and is home grown by spectrum from a Sr consultant to a Business Manager since the time she joined spectrum in 2009. She heads the Pharma, Chemicals & Product IT division of Spectrum and manages end to end Account management and delivery of the vertical. She works with most of the big names in the division and specialises in closing key leadership positions with them and managing the PR with the key accounts.

Anjani Kumar
An incisive professional with 13+ years of experience in IT Software and Staffing industry having proven experience and knowledge of Staffing Delivery Operations and Client Management. Currently spearheading the IT Staffing vertical in STM and formulating strategic growth plan with strong processes to meet the expectation of industry.

Vijay Kumar
Vijay manages the P&L and operations of the entire Pune branch. His innovative and strategic approach has helped him achieve success in short span of time.
His expertise includes client relationship, team management, and business development in Automobile division.

Nisha Sachdeva
Nisha possesses 10 years of experience in the executive search industry. Currently heading Consumer Business and Engineering portfolio at Spectrum. An easy-going attitude, Nisha follows a people-driven management style with process oriented approach.

Ragini singh
A post graduate with nearly 12years of experience in recruitments into Premier Information Technology & Telecom sector. Ragini possesses Strong analytical and interpersonal skills and is currently managing P&L of IT team.

Garima Gargee
Garima is a Strong human resources professional graduated from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, and has an extensive experience working in geographies like U.S, Australia and APAC and is currently responsible for strategic initiatives. She has a proven track record of driving change, growth and transformation across multiple business lines. She is Skilled in Enterprise Software, Event Management, Quality Assurance, Management, and Salesforce.com.

Kush Tandon
Kush is result oriented professional and is currently handling operations, business development and P&L of Dubai office .He has recruitment experience in 15 countries which includes: India, Lebanon, Kuwait, Iraq, UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman etc.
He is an efficient planner with history of cost reduction, sourcing of potential candidates and improving retention and has demonstrated the ability to lead and work within the Team oriented management style bringing in positive results even in the most challenging circumstances.

Arunav Bose
Arunav is a management graduate and a result oriented Talent Acquisition Manager with comprehensive global executive recruiting experience and excellent business acumen.
